only $30. We will also have a Silent Auction! Booth and table rental benefits the Summitt-Koblenz Exchange program. We will advertise the event on the Amherst Dr marquee, in the local newspaper, and with the neighborhood associations. Our banking partner, First State Bank of Central Texas, is having a holiday food drive from now until December 20. The branch, located at the corner of Amherst and Parmer between Walgreens and Silver Grill Café, and is accepting non-perishable food donations both in the lobby and the drive-thru during business hours (7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday). Some of the most needed items include
~canned soups and stews
~peanut butter
~whole grain pasta, rice, and cereals
~canned tuna and white meat chicken
~canned fruit and vegetables
~~~~(please select whole wheat and low sodium/sugar options when possible)
If you are able, please help them out by donating a few food items this Holiday season. Thanks for helping our neighborhood partner help those in our community who are in need!
