FREE VIN etchings today provided by APD!

The Austin Police Department will be providing free VIN etching on vehicles this Thursday, January 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the City of Austin St. Elmo Service Center, 4411 B Meinardus Drive in southeast Austin. The etching is a permanent theft deterrent device applied to all the windows of your vehicle. Austin Energy will also be on hand with energy efficiency and customer assistance program information.
