Well, the rain came, but so did the neighborhood. I would personally like to thank all those neighbors that braved the weather to celebrate Independence Day. We estimate that we had a little over 200 people walk in the parade and it seemed that the majority of them decided to stay and picnic with us. The Milwood Neighborhood Association Board hopes everyone had a great time and we hope to see you all again next year… rain or shine.
I also want to thank all the volunteers who helped during the event. Without your efforts this event wouldn’t be possible.
