I would like to join the association.

I would also lke to find out more about the zoning restrictions on my street: in particular the regulations of rental properties in the neighborhood. We have 3 rentals contiguous to my property that have rented to multiple parties. ( 4-6 people per house, and several of my neighbors and I have witnessesed some bizarre behavior lately. ( within the last few weeks)

Could you send me a link or let me know who/how to contact the owners/rental agencies?

Hi Kae,

I see from your street, which I won’t mention on this public board, that you have a Neighborhood Watch block captain. That is who you received the message from. I coordinate the block captains and send out alerts to them. They pass those along to you. It works in reverse as well. You can alert your block captain about anything crime related and she/they will contact me to disseminate to the rest of the neighborhood captains.

I’ve rec’d an email about suspicious people going door-to-door. I rec’d it from neighbors. Does the MNA have an email list that would send this to MNA members?
